HOW TO BUY at JakSen online shop?

Ordering your chosen product in Jaksen is extremely easy. Just click on the basket with the words "Add to Cart" on the right hand side of the product. If the product is available in different color or size variations, you may need to answer an additional question that will clarify your choice.
Once the product is in your shopping cart, specify the quantity you want by pressing the "+" plus or minus "-" button.

The next step is to move to the shopping cart.

In summary you can see all added products along with marked versions, you can subtract or add quantity, or remove any of the products

The next step is to log in or fill in the form without creating an account.

The "Address" step is the confirmation of the shipping address and billing data. You can also add your own comment on the order here.

The next step of the order is choosing the form of delivery. Delivery options are few:

Shipping by Poczta Polska with prepayment to your account jaksen,
Shipping by post to Poland (payment on delivery),
Courier delivery with prepayment to account Jaksen,
PLEASE NOTE DPD, which we usually ship to, allows you to pay by credit card at checkout.
Choose one of them. The selection will be marked with a dot. Please also check the rules and go to the next step.

The last step of the order is payment. There are three possibilities:

• You can pay by quick transfer via przelewy24.pl. You have the option of having quick payments from most banks, but also with a card or PayPal.

Since we post the payment (which occurs within 24 hours of reaching our transfer) we have the time - exactly defined for each article, to prepare and send the ordered product. You can always contact us by sending an email to: biuro@jaksen.eu. If you want to track the status of your order use the link that you received in the email confirming your order.

In the last step, you'll see a summary of the order value.
